How quickly can you start?
Typically within 1–3 business days after our initial call and a signed agreement. For urgent IT support, I can often help on the same day.
Do you work with clients outside Italy?
Yes — 100% remote. I regularly work with clients in the UK, Germany, the Netherlands and beyond. Time zones are rarely an issue.
How much does a WordPress website cost?
It depends on complexity — from €500 for a clean business site to €2,000+ for a custom WooCommerce store. I'll give you a fixed-price quote after our discovery call.
What if I'm not happy with the result?
I don't consider a project closed until you're 100% satisfied. If something isn't right, I fix it at no extra charge. That's my guarantee to every client.
Can I get ongoing support after my project is delivered?
Absolutely. I offer monthly retainer plans for both IT support and website maintenance — starting from €29/month. Details are on the Services page.
